My ex boyfrind and I have been split up for 8 months. I moved to a new city and he has not asked to see or anything about out 11 month old daughter. I am trying to get him to sign over his rights and he keeps going back and forth about it. I need to know how to go about serving him the papers... can anyone help?

Signing over his rights to whom? If you are not married and your husband isn't wanting to adopt your child, there isn't anyone to sign his rights over to.

He isn't using his rights... why do you want them taken away?
