She quit her job about 4 months after we got the dirtbike and has not worked since. The bike was about 9000.00 and it was a gift. I have been making these payments because I don't want to ruin my credit. The interest rate is really high and the credit card company will not work with me at all. Can I sue her for this plus all of the interest that I am paying. She was also living at my house rent free for 17 months untill they broke up in October. I went to the courthouse to see about filing and they can not assist me in any way. How do I go about this. I cannot afford an attorney. What shall I do?
Thank you!
