    I want out!
    Me and my partner bought our house just over 18months ago.
    We got a 2year fixed rate, which doesn't end until July.
    I haven't really got a clue about any of this so I don't know where I stand, but I want out!

    What is the best way to do this?
    How much money am I looking to pay out to sort it out?
    How difficult is I likely to be?

    Did you sign a note and mortgage? Are you and your partner in agreement? The best way is to sell.
