I have a MTD yard man 38" 13.5 hp lawn tractor built around year 2000. The mower deck rusted away and I am trying to find another mower deck but when I go on line to the manufacture the first thing they want is the module # . The number is or was located under the seat but it is gone . Does anyone have the mmodule number?

I think the best thing you can do is talk to them and see if they will help identify the model by sending a picture.

Your instruction manual might have a model #. For a serial number to use for the website, ask MTD for you need both to access the information.
