    As-is truck sale
I purchased a truck and it broke down after driving only five miles. The seller said the fluid I asked him about was the power steering fluid over flow. Before I made it home the power steering went out. I also asked him about the noise, he said it would stop after I drove the truck for a while because the truck had been sitting for a least 9 months. The truck is sitting on the side of the road, I can't turn the steering wheel. Can I take the truck back within 24 hours of sale.

No, of course not, what part of "as is" do you not understand.

You had the chance to have a mechanic go look at the truck and a chance to take it to a mechanci befoe you bought it, you choice to just buy it, without it appears even a test drive??

There is no return policy on a as is truck

    1) You bought the truck as-is, which is your first problem. You can't try to take it back.
    2) You were aware that the power steering system had a leak and purchased the truck anyway.
    3) The truck doesn't need to be sitting on the side of the road. Buy some power steering fluid, fill up the reservoir and drive it to a shop to get it fixed.
