9 months ago while eating preprepared/frozen food(Boneless Chicken Tenders),I encountered a Bone that Injured me by Peircing my tongue. I contacted the company and sent the bone shard that puntured my Tongue as they requested. 3 months later they said that I was not injured Despite all of the evidence that was presented to them... Witness,pictures as well as the bone.

The company is in AK. And I am In CA. I want to sue this Company in Small claims or a Higher Court, How do I go about this Process.

Do they have an office in your area? If not, sue wherever you bought the food and they will bring in the manufacturer as a third party.

Unless you are very seriously injured the cost of a higher Court isn't worth it.
