Call either a Vet or an animal shelther -- they stand a reasonable chance of either having run into this themselves or know a way around it. I once saved some kittens (long story) that ended up motherless and it was a long ordeal in a steamy hot bathroom with an eyedropper and a wash cloth to get them fed and stimulated enough to eliminate properly too. I have forgotten the exact specifics but my vet was the one who instructed me.
