How do I know what companies to send the 1099-Misc form to? I work in Accounting, and not sure. The one thing I do know for sure. If a vendor is a person I will need to send them a W9 if my company has paid them over $ 600.00. Can anyone help me please. It would be appreciated. Thank you Janice Sino. What are all the rules?
