Hi guys I am on CPT and I want to know how to file my tax for the year 2008. My college is in Boston however I am employed in NJ, does it cause any special procedure to be adopted? Replies would be really appreciated...

If you did not spend 5 years on F1 or CPT, you will file nonresident tax return and Form 8843.
Read: Your U.S. Tax Return: U.S. Tax Filing Requirements for Non-Residents
If your CPT is scheduled to last longer than 39 weeks, you can claim moving expenses to NJ using Form 1040NR and Form 3903.
You CANNOT claim daily living expenses, because the IRS does NOT consider a CPT/OPT job to be temporary in nature.
