Appearance in Court for Fines. Will I go down?
Today I have to appear before a judge for fines. It was a court date given to me from the judge in case I was not able to pay the fines in Full by this date. I have made payment, but not in full. Will I be sentence to jail time? Or is this just a day to ask for an extension?

Hard to tell - depends if the Judge believes you've tried to pay and are in substantial compliance with the terms of your probation/restitution.

Could go either way and might depend on how much longer you need to pay. Or how full the jails are at this time.
