My name is anthony williams and I am a 16 yr old high school student who till recently had phenominal grades. I don't know what happened but this yr, my sophomore yr I'm failing algebra, and earth science. What is the key to passing math test and memorizing formulas for earth science and math to be ready for test

A few things that I can think of, would be to make flashcards with questions on one side and answers on the back. Another thing would be to get together with some friends to study. You could also ask a teacher to tutor you before or after school.

When getting together with friends to study, it's a good idea to be serious about it. I know that with friends, it can be tempting to get off track and want to do something that's fun and entertaining. But, if you find those who also really need help and want it, or maybe those who are really good at the subjects too, then studying together might not be a problem.

Another thing that you might want to try would be making a chart of things that you need to know and then putting them up on a big bulletin board for you to study.

When I'm studying, I like to work on the hardest things first in order to get them out of the way so that I can do the easier things and then relax.

It's important to work on the hardest things a little bit at a time each day, and also allow some time for that, because the hardest concepts and things to learn will most likely not be able to be learned in one day.
