I couldn't find my old post on here so I'm starting a new one. To make this short... I find coinage in my house. They come from nowhere. Well I had the strangest one to date happen today. I have a huge cutting board on my workstation in my kitchen. It was completely clean when I went to cut up an onion for lunch. It was in a Walmart bag knotted up. I finished cutting it and went to throw the bag away. When I picked up the plastic bag a penny dropped onto the cutting board. I don't know if it was in the bag or was placed there when I turned my back. I now have 44 pennies that came from who the heck knows. Sometimes it is dimes. Once a nickel and once a quarter. We are very careful in our house not to leave coins anywhere so we know when an odd one shows up. I'd love to hear from anyone else that this happens to. I've read many stories through out the WWW of this phenomina. We just love it! P
