My ex got in trouble for working without a license as a construction contractor. He went to court for 2 of these charges. Convicted on both. Given 6 months jail, 6 months suspended for each. Given 24 months probation for each. He has since been cited for public intoxication. Will this send him to jail? Did he violate his probation?

Any criminal action will or can be a violation of his probation, most likely since this has no relationship to the actual charge, and is a minor, nothing will happen but he needs to tell his PO
