Is it safe that my boyfriend will be 19 and I will be 16 when I am wanting to conceive?

Why do you want to get pregnant when you are just little more than a child yourself? Also, you need to get married first as just having a "fiance" is not good enough, sorry. You are inviting more troubles to yourself by not waiting until you are older or married. Sorry.

I don't know Irish law on statutory rape and the like. So I can't answer regarding that.

However, since you are under the age of 19, your body is not technically fully developed and therefore your pregnancy could be considered high risk. Give your body at least a few more years to finish developing so that you can have the best possible chance of a safe and healthy pregnancy. So spend the next few years getting your life in order to give your body a chance to catch up.
