It depends if someone is harassing you because if they are all you have to do is say record the conversation and report it to the polcie and they should be able to trace it

And if you are just wondering who it is if you live in america you can use this, register and go into your phones call log and it gives you the numbers "blocked" or not

The best advice would be go to the police and after get a track device in your mobile so you WILL kow who is calling you.

If a number is blocked you can not trace it unless there is a reason to.

If you are having problem calls, speak with your phone company and advise the police and they can trace it.
