    Cloudy eyes
I have a 4 year old female boxer. She has recently developed cloudy patches on both her eyes and was wandering what the cause could be.

An eye problem may or may not be an emergency, depending on severity, cause, and other signs of illness. Contact your veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately for specific advice about your dog's situation.

If they're blue and cloudy it usually means cataracts but you should definitely take the pooch in for a check up!!

It could also be moon blindness.. my friend has a small breed dog his eyes are cloudy and he can't be around bright lights because it hurts his eyes, they call it moon blindness in horses but I don't know the real name for it when it occurs in dogs. Still a trip to the vet is a must...
