My computer can play audio CD, but no sound when I'm online. I've checked the Multimedia "Play sound on webpages" at Tools, and is still with no sound. Any suggestion?

I think your PC's Sound Drivers has been uninstalled.

Reinstall the Sound Card Drivers.
