My maytag washing machine doesn't want to start when it first fills up,it just stars making a loud noise.what do you think the problem is?

The loud noise is probably from something in the driven train and unless you are mechanically inclined it would be best serviced by a repair person. If you are mechanically inclined then take it apart and see what is making the noise.
