How do I add my name to my Mom's house deed? Father's name is still on it who has been dead for 11 years. House is paid off she 74 and I live with her.

If she agrees, she would have a new deed made up adding your name, taking your fathers off.

I would use a real estate attorney or at least a title company.

Has your Dad's estate been probated/administered?
