I've been looking for a movie for years now.
It's about a fat dog who gambles and lives the good life. Then his master's new boyfriend throws him in a river. And that's all that I remember. I don't know for sure, but I believe he eventually lives on a farm.
Please help me out here.

It's animated.
I really don't remember when it was made. I saw it when I was like 8 or 9 years old.
