I'm moving in February but I need to obtain a 1099-g form is there anywhere else I can get it from,because I collected unemployment for most of 2008 in nyc but I'm moving to pa what should I do?

You should be able to access your 1099-G (for unemployment comepnsation) by going to the NY Department of Labor website.

If not, call the NY Department of Labor and ask how to get a copy of the Form 1099-G.
