Too Fan or Not to Fan
Hi good people of the net, I am having a problem with a brand new air conditioner

I fitted it yesterday and all went well for 30 minutes. Then the fan stopped and the fan stopped and won't start again.
It runs when you start it for a second and then never again.:(

I have put a portable fan in front of the unit and it works OK. So its just the switching of the fan that at fault.:)

The unit is a Fujima with a toshiba pump

Any idea of what could be wrong??

I know could bypass the fan switching but I would prefer a more permanent fix.

I am a computer engineer so I understand electronics but not cold one's

    Thanks in advance.

Since it is a brand new unit, I would not mess with it. I would either return it and get another one, or have it fixed under the warranty.

Hi Thanks for the advice but the company I bought it off on the net has vanished.

I did a Google search for Fujima, and found a homepage for them. Contacting them could provide another retailer for their products who could do an exchange or provide service.
