    Trying to find Biological mother
My mothe gave me up at birth and I am trying to find her. I know her Maiden name not her last name. She married into the Navy . Also we know she was or is in California. I need to find her

You would have to post all the information you have, even if it's only her maiden name, and see if someone can trace her backwards.

Also - what year(s) are you talking about?

    (I assume you're an adult - ?)

There are also any number of sites where adopted children can register, post all the information they have, be cross checked with parents looking for children and put in contact with each other.

Have you gotten information about the adoption from your adoptive parents?

    Called the adoption agency?

Left a letter with the courthouse in the county where the adoption took place?

Registered at adoption.com, adoption.org, and ISSR?

Why do you NEED to find your biological mother? Is this a medical emergency?
