    Hello my:

We're going to need a LITTLE more information than that... Like, what kind of lease are you talking about?? A car lease?? A house lease??

You can't turn your car lease over to a towing company, unless your lease says you can, and I'll bet it doesn't...

Why don't you just PAY it? Is it wrecked??

Come on, Dude? What do you think we are??

Well first I doubt you can "sign the *lease*" of a car over to anyone,

A towing company will want the title to the car, not a lease.

If they towed your car and want you to either pay or give them the title.

Basically on a lease car, you will be obligated to pay the lease company for the car and the tow company all of their charges.

You need to notify the lease company if the car has been impounded by a tow company

This is posted in criminal law so my guess will be the car was seized or towed, it's a leased vehicle, OP doesn't want to or have the money to pay the costs and would rather simply turn the car over to the tow company.

You can't just "sign" the lease over to anyone as contracts like this are not transferrable.
