    Good song for a lip-sync
hey everyone! I want to be in a school lip-sync with a few of my friends. We will probably have 2 or 3 girls for my group wanting to be in it. Please answer by jan. 20th!! Here are some tips and rules for the lipsync:

Pick an upbeat, lively song to preform (golden oldies and songs from the 50's and 60's are always popular)
    Only "clean lyrics" allowed
Time limit of 4 min. for a song
    Pick a backup song
Judging will be based on how well the song is lip synced, choreography, costume, and originality
Prizes will be awarded for solo, group, and overall grand champion

ONLY 25 ENTRIES ALLOWED SO PLEASE ANSWER SOON!

"Walking in the Rain," "Be My Baby," or "Baby, I Love You." all by the
    Ronnettes, in the 60's.

"Dancing in the Street," by Martha and the Vandellas.

"Don't Mess With Bill," by the Marvelettes.

"All I See Is You," by Dusty Springfield.

"We Got the Beat" by the Go-Gos?

    "Manic Monday" by the Bangles?

Maybe use instruments in your act. Might be a little different.

    Hi, rubberduck10!

You mention golden oldies as well as songs from the 50's or 60's, so I would assume that songs from some other eras would be okay.

How about Boogie, Woogie, Bugle Boy?

    Thanks!

Hey this is a super late answer but anyway if your going to do another lip sync contest soon I would maybe do Hot n Cold by Katy Perry. Once I did that in a lip sync contest and I won 3rd! YAY xD or you should do moves like jagger I'm going to do that for a contest coming up. Hope that you do (did) well!
