Can I take livein boyfriend of 6 years to small claims court to pay for STD exam. He is /was having sex with transexuals. I ended the relationship when I found many pages of "looking for Tranny" on Crigs List on his computer/phone. My visit to my Dr ended up to be $700. 00 with Labs. I was not able to print from phone.:confused:

I'm not sure how you can make him pay for the exams. However, you may be able to sue him if he transferred a disease to you; you have to prove that he knew he had the disease or was a carrier when he had unprotected sex with you.

Yes, depends on what the STD is - at least it depends in NY.

If OP was aware he was positive and didn't care, it is most definitely actionable in (here we go again) MOST States. Call around and ask Attorneys.
