Im not sure if I have a lost tampon or not. How do I check with out going to a DR.?

Stick your finger up there and feel for the tampon. It's not going to go through your cervix into your uterus. It WILL remain in your vaginal canal. If you can't feel it, it's not there.

Its impossible for the tampon to get lost in you. It can only go up to a certain point. It probably just fell out into the toilet or something but its definitely not in you.

I had this happen once too and called my doctor first to see what he said. All he told me was to squat as far down as I could and reach up there.
