I was wondering how can I evict my fiancée from my home? His name is on the lease as well. How can I go about it the legal way?

When you say "His name is on the lease as well," I have to assume that you are both renting. If that is the case, then you have no power whatsoever to evict him. The landlord would have to a) evict both of you and then rerent to only you or b) wait until the lease expires and not renew with your fiancée.

It's a fair guess that you can stop referring to him as your fiancée also. I've never been kicked out before, but I am pretty sure it is not good for the relationship. :)
