Water stops and then come back on.
I have a well. My water will stop and then after a few seconds it will come back on. Would this be the pressure switch? Water tank? Or pump going bad in well?

Is the well quick cycling pump off then on real quick and it keeps doing that?
If you want to check your tank and pressure take a metal object and start at the bottom and bang up toward the top. It should sound hollow half way up to be a good tank. If it sounds the same form bottom to top the tanks bladder is shot. Check the pressure on the tank it should be 2lb less in pressure than what the low kick in on your well pressure switch is or reads 2lb less than the house water line pressure is.
When it stops is it real quick to stop?
Is it cold there and a frozen well line is partially frozen?
    Need more detailed info please.
When the water goes on and standing at the pressure switch how does the pressure/ flotrol act? Does it kick off and then on?
    Does the pump keep running?
    Need more details please
