    Holes in heat exchange
    I have some small holes in the heat exchange in a gas concord 21/2 ton unit can they be patched or does it have to be replaced?

    Heat exchanger needs to be replaced or a new furnace installed.

    Replaced! Check your warranty it might be covered. If not covered, run the numbers on a full replacement vice the age of your current system.
