Hi my name is roxanna I am currently in the process of getting a divorce and I need to no my husband was very abusive to me he hit me in the stomach when I was pregnant with our child can he get visitation to her or can I prove him unfit with that I have pics and police reports and all that someone help me before it's too late and he hurts my baby ::confused::mad::confused::mad::confused:

It will all depend on what the judge says. Denying visitation to a parent is very hard to do. Have your lawyer try for it, but be prepared for a denial.

You need a very good attorney and a judge that likes you. Yea it may be possible with the police reports but you have to prove he's a danger to your child as well.
