I have gained 35 lbs since I went through menopause. I have tried everything to try and get this off. I went up 3 pant sizes. I watch what I eat and have been walking everyday. Can someone give me some help here please.

How do you "watch" what you eat? What do you actually eat?
Also, how much do you walk? How far do you walk? Are you challenging your body during this walk?
