How do I clean or lubricae this part

There is not a place to lubercate this motor while it is installed. If you disasemble the housing you can get some oil down into the bushings.

Is the noise you mentioned? If so it may be possible to stop that by moving the housing just a bit. There is a very close tolorance between the blower wheel and the housing of the furnace.

Remove the housing and see what's making the noise. If you have slop in the bearings there's not much you can do. Getting some lubricant down is a long shot, but might help. If you have debris buildup that could also cause a problem.
