I think I may be pregnant but not sure. Today I had mild lower abdominal pain but the pain hasn't come back. I've also had a few of the other pregnancy symptoms as well. Is there a good chance that I may be pregnant? I had this problem when I first found out I was pregnant with my daughter. She's almost two years old now. Is the pain there normal?

Be more descriptive about the pain? Are you late?

Im not too sure, though being paranoid could cause these symptoms I to have this feel. I feel insecure

Go get a test, or go see the doc.
It might scare you, but then you can work off facts.

There are many possible reasons for lower abdominal pain... have you been trying to get pregnant? Have you missed a period? Are you due for one soon? What other symptoms are you experiencing?
