Hi I am 30 yrs of age and getting married next month. I am not able to extend the time of sex ( ing) long as I ejaculate with in 2 minutes. Usually I have good and solid erection. What to do. Help.

There are a few things you can try:

1) Desensitizing gels and condoms, (numb you down there so you can last longer, not very enjoyable though)

2) Masturbate before sexual intercourse. The second time round you will last much longer.

3) Pausing sexual intercourse when you feel you are about to ejaculate.

4) Pulling out and pinching the head of your penis (not too hard or anything) but the slight pain will bring you back from the brink.

Masturbate everyday from now until the wedding. You will desensitize yourself so that you may even have difficulty orgasming during intercourse. The trick is of course is to to find a balance.

I would hate to see you spoil your spontaneous sexual expression... some guys think of baseball stats to keep an erection.

Talk to her of love on your honeymoon while you are getting to see what her sexuality is all about. Don't be afraid to ask her if she wants more stroking. Be accomplished in many sexual areas.
