Causes for crime is poverty
Hi, mizsha!
Really? What is the reason that you're stating that, please? It would be helpful to know that. There are many types of crimes and many have nothing to do with poverty.
Thanks!
That is a statement.
I don't see a question.
Please explain why there are so many law abiding citizens of modest means!
A lot of them have better spelling and grammar too.
Perhaps the same issues that make them criminals adversely affect their ability to earn a living.
Some criminals do the crime because they LIKE to. They are not necessarily poor either. Not ALL poor people are criminals, sorry. A lot of rich people are criminals, too. Money, the lack or abundance of, has nothing to do with crime, sorry.
Clough, Robert and Twinkie speak the truth.
For instance, you often hear of "white collar crime" . These crimes are not committed by people in "poverty", but typically either they are simply greedy, or they make good money but have lived beyond their means and are trying to get out of debt. As Twinkie implies, sometimes it is simply that someone gets a kick out of cheating other people.
"Mizsha,
causes fo crime is poverty"
What brings you to this conclution? And why did you state it here? Also what country you from??
"Since you can not tame the minds of others, begin with taming your own mind." -Buddhism.
Poverty and crime do go hand in hand. I want and I can't get so I steal. I want but I can't have so I sell drugs.I want it easy because I never learned how to do it honest.I want but I have no education.I want but no one ever taught me the morality of getting it on my own.I steal because it is all that I know.
Poverty is a crime and the crime continues.

Like the rest of the US, New York offers twelve years of education at public expense (a few more if you get held back or attend pre-school or kindergarten). Most states even offer free or reduced price lunches and/or breakfast. There's plenty of people from low income families who roll up their sleeves, spend evenings and weekends studying, graduate from high school and attend college with scholarships and/or student loans. There's a wide range of effort people expend on their education and in a vigorous economy the quality of their employment opportunities is usually the result of their prior effort level (education, work history and civic responsibility).
proverty has little to do with it, you have millionair drug dealers, you have rich strip bar owners, and more.
People having no moral values is what causes evil. When a person chooses to steal or rob or sell drugs they choose not to get education and not to work hard to get ahead. It is merely a life style choice to do crime instead of being a good citizen.
it is merely selfish, and often lazy desire not to have to do the needed work to get ahead
Crime is about wanting something but not wanting to work to pay for it.
So they just steal it, thinking that they have the right.
More often than not they get away with it, so they steal again and progress to a higher level of crime.
This happens whether you are rich or poor... poverty or I had a hard life is no defence.
