I'm a sexually active 18 year old male. I have been with the same girlfriend for 2 years, we both lost our virginity to each other, and as far as we know have no STDs. A few days ago I noticed a little bump on the right side of my penis, nothing to worry about. It seemed like it was under the skin, but I didn't pay too much attention to it and disregarded it. My girlfriend lives on the other side of the country, I have not seen her in ~ 2 weeks, but do masturbate every other night to once a night. I just got ready for bed and realized that it had gotten bigger. It seems as if there is some kind of larger bump that's light pink under the primary bump which is darker pink / brown-ish and shiny with a dark red center. I can supply a picture if appropriate, however I'm not sure of the legality/importance of this (of just the "bump", nothing else). The bump(s) feel like a pimple but a bit more touchy (for lack of a better description). It does not hurt to urinate, but does hurt to the touch a great deal. It's hard to explain, but it feels as if the pain isn't just on the surface, but goes deeper in to the penis. It feels a lot like an "under-the-skin" zit that I get normally on my face and back of my neck.

You should probably go down to the clinic and ask them. It could be anything from an ingrown hair to a zit. The only way you will know for sure is if you get that checked out by a doctor.
