    Toilet moaning
Maybe not the best title for a subject. My toilet is about 2 years old and is made by Toto. About a week ago it started to make noises like vibrating pipes or moaning. It only does it after it is done refilling. I shut off the water to the house and opened the lowest faucet to drain all the water and then close turned the water back on. It worked silently for about 24 hours and now the noise is back. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

The valve is probably going bad. Typically you can replace the innards of it, but for about $8 you can put a new one in. A very easy job. The one we use on all our apartments is this one.
