I have a friend who is going to be getting out of federal prison on his 3rd offense of interstate drug trafficking. What kind of loans or grants can he get to go to school in AZ.

None that I know of. If this guy was successful in his "business" before he went to prison he should have plenty of money stashed somewhere and can finance his own education.

People make mistakes we are all humans and if a person wants to do something to better themselves you would think there would be help how does this keep you from reoffending no one wants to hire or help you society wonders why go figure
