I've been on depo provera since August. Why am I still getting my period? I've only had one period since then but it lasted for 2 weeks. My normal period is 3-5 days. Now I've started bleeding again.. I don't get why.

Some women get their periods monthly on depo, while others never get theirs, still others bleed constantly.

In the end, you may just get your period while on depo.

That sucks... its like my period only comes when I'm able to... "be" with my boyfriend lol. Gr

Don't forget, you can still get pregnant while on depo. It is not 100% effective against pregnancy.

I know. We are still having sex with just that though. I'm just hoping that it works lol.
