My Ex- husband put in divorce papers that if I live with another man, that he no longer has to pay spousal support. It that legal?
If so, how do I figure out my new child support amount?

It's legal if you agree to it. I wouldn't.

Child support and spousal support are different. Your child support amount won't change and cannot be dictated like that.
