well as the name says I have a weird bump
on my penis on the buttom side of my penis on the shaft about half way up
I have been masterbating around 1nc a day maybe even twice =/

it is painfull when I touch it

I have recently shaved some of the hairs around my groin regen
but I did not shave the shaft on my penis just my the base

it is sort of whitish yellowish I have tried to pop it and a white matter came out of it just a drop please sum1 help me give me any ideas on what it is

It might be a pimple. See a doctor and show him. A proper diagnosis is the best way to start treating it.
