    Marriage fruad
    I married a women who was not devioced finalized at the time.I cliamed hre through our marriage but did not know at the time she was lying today she has a green card.::confused:

    IF you have evidence that she was still legally married by the time she married you, you can file for annulment. Once you have court order for annulment, submit this document to USCIS, her green card will be revoked.

    Remember.. you must make sure that she was legally married at that time.. it's extremely rare that US consulate would make mistake. If you are suspicious and just want to get even... just forget it and move on.

    Well actually you were never married to her, since you can not marry someone that is already married, Your marriage would be void.

    So if you have a reason to, report her, or forget about it and move on

    I don't know over there but here even if the marriage is null and void, one must still file NULLITY OF MARRIAGE (which won't take long) to totally erase that "marriage" in the record.
