I have a 95 honda civic with a 1.6 vetec,I have no fire at all replaced coil and igniter still nothing.should I try a hole this.I can hear the relay clicking under dash to so I'm sure its OK any help would be app.

. Check all underhood and underdash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Ensure CEL comes on and goes off normally, when the ignition switch is turned to ON.

If problem persists, replace the distributor housing (Genuine Honda only).
