I have used the bberry tools disk and can bring up the file but am still having a hard time actually transferring data?

When you hookup your Blackberry it should show up as a drive letter under "My Computer" you can then just Copy/Paste music from your "My Music" directory into the music folder on your blackberry. You don't need to use Roxio.

The moment you inset the datacale yo the PC ,a signal will be given to u that found new hardware .then go to my computer and click on removable disk .then u can copy any musics and sent direct.
