I am a widow so my name is the only one on our house title. My will indicates everything I own will go to my 3 children. My oldest son believes if I add his name to the title, it will eliminate the need for probate after I die. Would it benefit my kids to add his name to the title? And which form would I need to complete?

Are you confident that if you add his name to your Deed/title he will respect your wishes when you pass and share with your other children - he will become the sole owner upon your passing and can do what he wishes with the property.

As long as an Attorney prepared your Will I would run this past him/her.
