I have a G,E. side by side fridge with ice and water in the door. The ice maker works fine but the water won't work. When I push for water I can hear a slight hum like it is trying to work but no water. Anybody have any ideas, Thanks

How old is it? Many of the newer side by sides have a built in water filter. Maybe its clogged?

4 years old has a filter in the top right of the fridge have by passed and ice works but water still doesn't

Any way you could get your mouth onto the water dispenser tube? Blow through it... maybe its just plugged

I put ahose on the hose and blew didn't help
