My son applied for a job and was told that there was something on his backround check that needed to be taken care of before he could be hired, but that company would not tell him what is was. He then applied for a job at another company and they sent him is backround report and it stated that something that he did 6 years ago was showing up, it was not a felony, it was posession of a small amount of weed. The backround report stated that is was nonprocessecuted. How can this be taken care of? Most applications just ask if you have been convicted of a felony.
