    I was convicted of felonie when I was 18 for breaking and entering nothing was stole , you it was stupid and I learned, besides a few tickets I have been staying out of trouble, will I still be able to become a police officer even with my record sealed

    Maybe, but not because your record is sealed. The cop's will see that. You might be able to get a job because it was a long time ago (or was it?). Plus, you'll probably have to start with a little teeny police force first. The big ones won't hire you right away...

    But, if you do good, you can grow.

    It will be hard, and the record is not sealed to them, any police force or company hiring for a national security job will see the conviction.

    To be a police officer in the US you have to be POST certified by the state, they willl allow convicted people in some states but I understand a couple may not.

    But you can expect to go to work for a town of 5000 making min wage with no health insurance. ** yep those type of departments exist.

    I forgot about your GUN. You can't have one. Even IF your local fuzz wants to hire you, you're going to need a clearance from the BATF, and I don't think they're going to give it to you.

    Too bad. Criminals make the best cops.
