If you want to be in the USA I believe we call it sponsoring.
I know there are programs for if you go to college and are an exchange student. I don't know how it works if you just want to be in another country without being in school.

Thanks for the help, well thing is, my family here are well, not the best and the further I am from them the better, id like to go overseas to the states, if it means going into a school program that would be great, but anyway I can be taken in by a loving family would suit me perfectly, do you know where I can get more info on this subject, or if there is someone I can contact?

First, I am not sure a sponsor would be available for college students. I know high school students get a sponsor family.
College you would more likely get a dorm room.

Second you would need to decide what you want to get a degree in and what College/university you would want to go to.

I know the university I work at has a program. The courses are limited though.

Here are some sites you can study up on but I would be cautious about sending them money for more information.

Is there anything I can read up on the collage you work at, or could you give me a basic idea of what courses you have to offer, if I can get into your collage that would be awesome, the main thing for me is just getting out of here, not just my parents but also for growth, this country has become very limited and leaves very little room to grow, sorry to be asking so many questions, I appreciate all your help

If I can get into a collage in the states then maybe I can work on getting a job there and citizenship at the same time, then my new life will begin, thank you so much for all the help

I work in the cafeteria. I know they offer some computer tech courses.

You need to make sure of ALL the costs, if you can get a grant/loans and if they offer something you feel you will do good in. It is a big step so you really need to consider everything.

I found two websites that may be of some help to you about sponsorships and what not. I don't think after 18 that a person can be adopted from a foreign country. That dosen't mean that you can't immigrate or as nohelp suggested become a student at a foreign university (in fact it may be easier to be a student first considering the current security junk you have to go through with everything these days).

Thank you so much for the help, what is the name of the school then maybe I can go online and find a way to get in touch with them,

If they offer computer courses, then its perfect, I'm very computer literate, and that would help me out allot, as for the money for the courses that shouldn't be too much of a problem

Thanks again for all your help

Hate to give you another link but this one asks a bunch of questions about the type of school you want and matches you with one that fits you the best.

Make sure you check out all your options many schools cost a lot more than others. Don't jump at the first thing. Community colleges tend to be the least expensive.
